Most UK small businesses cannot justify an £8,000–£20,000 agency quote, and should not have to. After a free 30-minute call you get one price in writing — business websites from £1,000, a bespoke Signature website from £2,200, Progressive Web Apps from £2,000. One round of revisions, live in around two weeks. No mystery charges.

One person who owns it

The site is designed and built by the same person, so nothing is lost between a designer and a developer, and you are never passed to an account manager. That person has spent 20+ years running programmes in banking, fintech and UK government — which means clear milestones, weekly updates you actually understand and a project that arrives when it was promised.

I take a maximum of four projects a month. You get the attention you are paying for.

Safe to work with — even remotely

Every project runs on a written contract. Payment is split 50/50 — never the full amount up front — and the design-stage payment is refunded if the direction is not right after the first concept. You receive a proper invoice for each payment and pay in pounds to a UK bank account.

Yours to keep

On final payment you own the code, the content and the domain. If you want ongoing help, the optional Care plan is £250 a month for hosting, updates and two hours of edits — cancel anytime. If you would rather run it yourself, take the keys.
