An app your customers install without going to the App Store

A Progressive Web App is a website that behaves like an app. It installs to the home screen, works offline, loads instantly and runs on iPhone, Android and desktop from one codebase. No App Store approval, no two separate builds — app-quality customer experience at a fraction of the cost of native development.

Bookings, loyalty programmes, customer portals, internal tools: if it needs to work on a phone without friction, a PWA is usually the right answer.

Shopify or custom — whichever fits

Shopify suits many shops: reliable, well supported and quick to launch. When you need something it cannot do — a bespoke booking flow, a customer dashboard, an internal tool — I build it custom. You will be told plainly which route saves you money, rather than sold whichever is more convenient to build.

Replace the spreadsheets and the manual admin

Web apps are not only for shops. If your business runs on spreadsheets, paper forms or three tools held together with hope, a small custom app — logins, dashboards, automated emails — can save hours every week.
