Terms of Use

About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Artem Shvab, trading as Vibe-Tech ("Vibe-Tech", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The website

This site is informational: it describes our services and lets you get in touch. Nothing on it is a binding offer, quote or contract. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement we'll provide before work begins.

Intellectual property

The design, text, brand and content of this site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party product names and screenshots shown in our work section belong to their respective owners and are used to illustrate projects we've worked on.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupt it, submit malicious content through the contact form, or use it for unlawful purposes.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep it accurate and available, we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

External links

The site links to third-party websites (for example, the live projects in our work section). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
