Project management · £50 / hour

Your project, fully managed. From brief to delivery — without you having to chase anyone.

Define scope → build plan → coordinate → deliver. Clear milestones. Weekly updates. One person responsible.

Does any of this sound familiar?

Your vendor is two months late and you still don’t know why. Nobody is tracking what’s been done, what’s blocked, or when it will actually land.

You’re the de facto project manager — on top of running your business. Every update requires a chase. Every decision loops back to you.

You’ve been handed a project mid-flight. The brief is vague, the timeline has slipped, and you need someone to get it back under control — fast.

What end-to-end project management actually means.

I step in as your senior project lead from day one — whether that’s scoping a new initiative from scratch or taking over a project that has gone off the rails.

You get a clear plan, a fixed scope and weekly status you can actually understand — not a wall of Jira tickets and terminology designed to make the work sound complicated.

Deliverables

  • Scope definition and stakeholder alignment
  • Project plan with milestones and dependencies
  • Risk register (RAID) and escalation paths
  • Weekly status reports in plain English
  • Vendor and supplier coordination
  • Post-delivery handover documentation

Typical engagements

  • New product or service launches
  • IT system rollouts or migrations
  • Digital transformation programmes
  • Vendor delivery oversight
  • Process change and restructuring projects

Three situations where this fits.

A project that has slipped

The launch date has passed, the vendor isn’t delivering, and nobody can tell you where things stand.

A project with no owner

Several suppliers, several internal people — and nobody whose job it is to hold the whole thing together.

A launch that has to land

A new product, a system rollout or a migration that you cannot afford to get wrong the first time.

A clear process, agreed up front.

Project Management

£50 / hour

End-to-end programme lead. One senior person, accountable.

  • Minimum engagement: 10 hours
  • Typical engagement: 20–80 hours
  • Billed weekly against time logs
  • Estimate approved before work starts

If scope changes, we discuss it and re-estimate together. Nothing is billed without your sign-off.

Questions, answered.

How does hourly project management work in practice?

We agree scope and an estimated hour budget upfront. You approve the estimate before work starts. I bill weekly against actual hours with full time logs — no surprises. If scope changes, we discuss and re-estimate together.

What’s the minimum engagement?

10 hours — enough for a meaningful project health check or an initial scoping session. Most engagements run 20–80 hours.

Do you work with teams already in place?

Yes. I can lead an existing team, coordinate across departments or suppliers, or work alongside your own manager as a senior adviser. We agree the working model upfront.

What tools do you use?

Whatever works for the client — Notion, Jira, Asana, a simple spreadsheet. The tool doesn’t matter; the process does. I can work in your existing setup.
