How does the fixed-price quote process work?
After a free 30-minute call, I send a written quote with a fixed price and clear scope. If you approve it, we sign a contract and you pay the first 50% to start. The second 50% is due on launch. No additional charges without agreement.
What if scope changes mid-project?
Scope changes are common and handled professionally. We document the change, agree a revised price or additional hours, and proceed. Nothing out-of-scope is built without written sign-off.
Is VAT included?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Your invoice will clearly show whether VAT is charged.
Do you offer payment plans?
Standard terms are 50% to start, 50% on completion. For larger projects (£3,000+), we can discuss milestone-based payment schedules.
What is the Care Plan?
A monthly retainer for websites I’ve built — fast hosting, two hours of edits per month, security updates and monitoring. Cancel anytime with one month’s notice.
