Who we are
This website is operated by Artem Shvab, trading as Vibe-Tech ("Vibe-Tech", "we", "us"), a sole trader based in Norwich, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. You can contact us at support@vibetech.uk.
What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect only what you choose to send us: your name, your email address, the service you are interested in and any message you write. Please do not include sensitive information (health, financial or similar) in your message — it is not needed to arrange a call.
When you submit the form, your IP address is processed briefly to protect the form from spam and abuse. With your consent, we also collect analytics and advertising measurement data (see "Cookies" below).
How we use it & our lawful basis
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential engagement. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Spam protection relies on our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable. Analytics and marketing cookies rely on your consent. We will not use your details for marketing without your separate consent.
Who we share it with (processors)
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site:
- Resend — delivers form submissions and the confirmation email.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — protects the form from spam and abuse.
- Vercel — hosts the site and provides cookieless traffic statistics.
- Google (Analytics & Ads) and Meta (Pixel) — measure site usage and advertising performance. Loaded only if you accept the matching cookie category.
These providers may process data on servers outside the UK (including the USA). Where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
The site works without optional cookies. Analytics and marketing cookies are off by default, and the scripts behind them are not loaded at all unless you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Full details — every cookie, who sets it and for how long — are in our Cookie Policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and for up to 24 months afterwards, then delete it. If you become a client, contract and invoice records are kept for six years, as UK tax law requires.
How we protect it
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Form submissions are sent straight to our email provider and are not stored in a database on this website. Access to the mailbox and to our provider accounts is limited to us.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email support@vibetech.uk. We will reply within one month.
Complaints
If you have a concern you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we'd appreciate the chance to help first.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
